Sales Representative

Requirements :

1. Diploma/Bachelor's degree from any major.

2. Have at least 1 year experience of Property Marketing.

3. Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.

4. Excellent Sales & Marketing Skills (Presentation, Negotiation, Closing)

5. Target Oriented.

Role Purpose :

The Sales Representative is accountable for generating revenue growth of Celadon Apartment by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term customer while representing the company's product and brand effectively in the market.

Main Accountabilities :

1. Achieving assigned sales target and contributing to overall company revenue growth.

2. Identifying and securing new customers and business opportunities within the assigned market or territory.

3. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.

4. Managing and converting sales opportunities into successful transactions.

5. Effectively presenting and communicating the value of the company's products or services to customers.

6. Providing feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

7. Representing the company professionally and strengthening the company's reputation in the market.
