About the role

We are seeking a professional Sales Project candidate who is responsible and capable of handling large-scale projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and handle large-scale projects including industrial and factory development, hotels, office buildings and commercial buildings, and other major construction and building projects

• Build and maintain good relationships with clients, owners, contractors, developers, and related parties

• Conduct project follow-up from initial stage through completion process

• Communicate and negotiate effectively with stakeholders

• Responsible, disciplined, and possess high integrity

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities

• Capable of managing and handling large-scale projects

• Able to build and maintain good relationships with clients, owners, contractors, developers, and related parties

• Able to conduct project follow-up from initial stage through completion process

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written

• Proficient in mandarin, both spoken and written

• Target-oriented, results-focused, with strong problem-solving abilities

• Confident in communicating with clients

• Ready to handle projects with large value and scale

• Able to work independently and within a team

• Strong sales and business development mindset
