Qualifications

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major (background in Architecture or Civil Engineering is a plus)

2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the construction industry. Candidates with experience in interior design companies, developers, or the property industry are encouraged to apply.

3. Preferably has a strong network among architects, consultants, developers, or contractors.

4. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

5. Proactive, target-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

6. Willing to join a 3 month training program in Surabaya.

7. Willing to be placed in Surabaya, Jakarta, or Bali.

Responsibilities

1. Develop construction project opportunities, including villas, sports facilities, luxury houses, etc.

2. Identify potential projects in the apartment, hotel, and other commercial building sectors.

3. Collaborate with the Engineering team and Content Creators in preparing technical proposals.

4. Manage project flow from design, planning, tender, to contract stages.

5. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s business development.
