Sales (Panel Surya) - Balikpanan

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in solar panels, electronic components, building materials, or related industries.

Product Knowledge: Good understanding of component products and the industrial needs of target customers, particularly in manufacturing and new energy sectors.

Sales Skills: Strong ability in customer development, negotiation, and deal closing, with the capability to independently manage the complete sales process from prospecting, needs analysis, and solution recommendation to contract signing and payment collection.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate product features, benefits, and value to customers.

Customer Relationship Management: Proactive in identifying and addressing customer needs and capable of building and maintaining long-term business relationships.

Work Capability: Able to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.

Language Skills: Fluent in English, both spoken and writtenis an advantage
