Sales Order Management

Job Description

• Supervise the daily processing of sales orders from dealers or sales teams.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of order data, pricing, and terms in the system (ERP/CRM).
• Monitor order pipeline, stock allocation, and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, and Dealer Network teams to ensure end-to-end order flow.
• Address and resolve issues or discrepancies in sales orders.
• Provide regular updates and reports to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure order processes follow SOPs and compliance standards.
• Recommend and implement improvements in sales order workflow and system usage.
• Support the digitization and automation of order processing.
• Prepare and analyze reports on order status, backlog, cancellations, and lead time performance.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, stock allocation, and delivery documents.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in sales operations, order management, or supply chain – preferably in automotive or EV industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing data.
• Proficient in MS Excel, ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
