We are opening opportunities for talented, dedicated, and target-driven individuals to fill the position of Sales & Marketing Specialist and contribute to expanding our market reach and developing our premium business network at our strategic location in Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (KBN) Cakung, North Jakarta.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or the Chemical Industry.

• Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is required. Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.

• Strong market insight and an established business network within the chemical/manufacturing sector.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Proven ability to analyze markets and competitors to develop effective sales strategies.

• Target-driven, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead customer development efforts to acquire new clients and build long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.

• Gather market intelligence, analyze competitor activities, and execute sales strategies to expand market share.

• Coordinate business visits to client sites, host prospect/client visits, and represent the company at industry exhibitions.

• Ensure sales data accuracy, prepare periodic reports, and present market feedback analysis to management to support decision-making.
