About the role

Business Development Executive position supporting market development in the Serpong and Tangerang Selatan area. The role requires a Sales & Marketing professional with interest in furniture, interior, and lifestyle living who can not only sell products but also understand customer needs, build long-term relationships, and professionally represent the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Provide product consultation to retail and B2B customers based on space needs, function, and design preferences

• Serve customers visiting the showroom and through WhatsApp/social media

• Identify customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations

• Follow up with prospective customers through the closing process

• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and follow up for repeat orders

• Develop relationships with customers, interior designers, architects, contractors, developers, property agents, and potential business partners

• Assist in running marketing activities in the Serpong area

• Compile sales pipeline reports and business opportunity developments periodically

• Coordinate with internal teams regarding product needs, custom orders, availability, delivery, and after-sales support

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education in any field

• Experience in Sales/Marketing

• Experience in furniture, interior, property, home living, or retail is a plus

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Confident in presenting and offering products

• Understanding of consultative selling approach, not just product offering

• Accustomed to working with targets and managing sales pipeline

• Proactive in seeking opportunities and not just waiting for customers

• Initiative, discipline, and responsibility

• Able to use WhatsApp, Google Sheets/Excel, and basic administrative tools

• Willing to work mobile when needed

• Preferably residing in Serpong, BSD, Gading Serpong, Tangerang Selatan, or surrounding areas

• Possess personal vehicle and active driving license
