Retail Furniture Sales Manager

Job description:

• Ensuring the achievement of sales, revenue, and profit targets set for the area.

• Ensuring the implementation of established sales strategies by developing the necessary action steps.

• Routinely analyzing sales activity in each showroom and determining solutions to any problems that arise.

• Managing operational activities in the work unit to ensure customer service is delivered according to established standards and work processes.

• Routinely analyzing work processes and recommending continuous improvements.

• Developing and coaching the showroom team to be competent, productive, and able to provide service according to standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Marketing, Communication or any field with minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales/showroom, and minimum 2 years of experience as a Manager.

• Experienced handling premium or high-value products.

• Good leadership and team management skills.

• Accustomed to working with sales targets and KPIs.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Service mindset and customer-oriented attitude.

• Willing to work in a retail/showroom environment.
