Sales Manager – Computer & Mobile Phone Accessories

About the Role

PT Indopintan Adi Perkasa is seeking a target-driven Sales Manager with strong leadership skills to drive sales growth and expand distribution networks for computer and mobile phone accessories.

The role is responsible for leading the sales team, acquiring new customers, building strong relationships with distributors and resellers, and achieving the company's sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.

• Expand customer networks, including distributors, dealers, computer stores, and resellers.

• Lead and evaluate the performance of Sales Supervisors and Sales Executives.

• Build long-term business relationships with customers and business partners.

• Monitor sales performance, sales activities, and market developments.

• Prepare sales reports and coordinate with relevant departments.

Requirements

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in computer accessories, mobile phone accessories, or consumer electronics.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience leading a sales team.

• Good understanding of B2B sales and distribution channels, including distributors, dealers, retailers, and resellers.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and business development skills.

• Target-oriented, proactive, and accountable.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting.

• Willing to work in North Jakarta and travel for business when required.
