Sales Life Science

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, or other related Health Science fields.

2. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

3. Minimum 1 year of experience in medical device sales, particularly IVD/PCR, or experience in the food manufacturing industry is highly preferred.

4. Strong interest in sales and marketing, with a willingness to achieve the Company's sales targets.

5. Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

6. Creative, fast learner, and highly adaptable to new products, markets, and business environments.

7. Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

8. Willing to travel extensively within the assigned area and undertake business trips as required.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for product sales and marketing activities within the assigned area.

2. Provide pre-sales and post-sales product support to customers.

3. Conduct product demonstrations, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

4. Conduct market surveys and analyze market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.

5. Identify potential markets and develop effective sales strategies to achieve business growth.

6. Achieve individual sales targets within the assigned area and contribute to the division's overall sales targets.

7. Coordinate with supporting departments to fulfill customer requirements and ensure effective service delivery.

8. Develop new customer accounts and expand market coverage within the assigned area.

9. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.

10. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales and marketing activities.
