About the role

Sales HORECA position with PT Anugrah Indo Mandiri, a Food & Beverage distribution company. The role involves developing new customers in the HORECA channel while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients across Jakarta Barat and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Search and develop new customers in the HORECA channel

• Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers to increase repeat orders

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company

• Conduct routine visits to outlets according to coverage area

• Perform product presentations and negotiations with customers

• Ensure order and delivery processes run smoothly

• Monitor payments and assist with collection processes according to due dates

• Create daily, weekly activity reports and sales achievement reports

• Monitor competitor activities and market opportunities

About you

• Minimum D3 education from any major (Marketing/Business preferred)

• Minimum 2 years experience as Sales HORECA / Account Executive in Food & Beverage, FMCG, or distributor industry

• Strong networking with Hotel, Restaurant, Café, Bakery, Coffee Shop, Catering, and Modern Food Service

• Experience hunting new customers (New Outlet Opening) while maintaining existing customer relationships

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Target oriented, disciplined, and able to work mobile

• Own vehicle and active SIM C license

• Knowledge of Jakarta Barat area and surroundings is an advantage
