Sales Executive

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor or Associate Degree in any major

• ⁠At least have minimum 2 year of experience in the same field, preferably in the packaging, manufacturing, or industrial goods industry

• ⁠Having a wide network of relationships in the manufacturing, food & beverage, electronics, or FMCG sectors is an added value.

• ⁠Good communication and negotiation skills

• ⁠Have a private vehicle and an active SIM A.

• ⁠Willing to be place in Karawang, West Java and work mobile and make visits to customers or factories (Cikampek, Purwakarta, Cikarang, Bekasi)

Job Description: 

1. Handling existing customer accounts, ensuring repeat orders, and maintaining long-term relationships.

2. ⁠Offering product solutions that suit customer needs, including technical specifications and paper types.

3. ⁠Preparing offers and monitoring the order process until product delivery to customers.

4. ⁠Coordinating with production, quality control, and logistics teams to meet customer needs on time and according to quality.

5. ⁠Achieving sales targets according to the company's KPI.

6. ⁠Conducting market analysis, competitor mapping, and packaging and paper industry trends.

7. ⁠Making monthly sales reports and projections to superiors
