Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Sales Team. The role involves actively seeking and bringing in new customers, promoting Speedmark forwarding services, and maintaining relationships with existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Actively seek and bring in new customers

• Promote Speedmark forwarding service through sales visit, sales call, and sales email

• Follow up and maintain good relationship with existing customer

• Explore new shipments from existing customer

• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and service presentations

• Stay updated on market trends and competitors

• Provide sales lead information to Speedmark's overseas agents

• Collaborate and coordinate with operation team to ensure smooth shipment process

About you

• Bachelor's or Diploma degree, any major

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams)

• Knowledge of freight forwarding operations

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

• Good communication skills to liaise between technical and non-technical teams
