Sales Engineer

What to do :

• Find sales growth opportunities with products or develop existing market to achieve higher growth.

• Willingness to work-hard to achieve annual target and able work as a team.

• Willingness to work under-pressure with high initiative.

• Willingness to do business trip & site visit to clients (domestic & overseas).

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in any field with minimum 2 years experience as Sales Engineer / Sales Project / Business Development.

• Have experience in tender & project with PLN / EPC / B2B / B2G.

• Comfortable working in a field-based role with high mobility.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident, polite, and professional when dealing with clients.

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Proficient in English for basic business communication (advanced level is a plus).

• Willingness to work at Jakarta & Cikarang and ready to join immediately.
