About the role

Sales Customer Service role focused on managing and conducting quick and persuasive follow-up with leads or customers entering from the Company's advertising campaign results.

Key responsibilities

• Contact, respond to, and guide prospective customers entering through the Allia advertising database actively via telephone, WhatsApp, or chat

• Provide complete, accurate, and friendly information regarding travel programs (umrah/hajj/tourism) to prospective customers

• Update prospect pipeline status regularly into the system or daily reports

• Guide prospective customers from the inquiry stage through to official registration

About you

• Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent (Diploma/S1 preferred)

• Minimum 2 years experience in Sales, Telemarketing, or Customer Service (experience in umrah/hajj travel industry is an added value)

• Good communication skills, persuasive, friendly, and target-oriented

• Accustomed to using mobile devices, chat applications (WhatsApp Business), and basic computer

• Patient, diligent, and good time management skills in handling many leads
