Sales Consultant

About the role

Sales Consultant role based in Jawa Timur, focused on building material sales specialising in roofing products. The position involves regular field visits to maintain customer relationships, develop new distribution networks, and drive sales growth across the Surabaya, Sidoarjo, and Gresik regions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine visits to 6–8 outlets per day to maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat orders

• Develop distribution networks by opening 2–5 new outlets every month

• Offer and market company products to potential and existing stores

• Maintain and develop good relationships with existing stores to increase loyalty and sales

• Monitor sales potential and area development to optimise target achievement

• Create reports on visit activities, target achievement, and area development on a regular basis

Qualification :

• Minimum education SMA/SMK or equivalent, all majors

• Minimum 3 years experience in Building Material Sales specialising in Roofing

• Knowledge of Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Gresik areas preferred

• Target and sales achievement orientation

• Active driving licence (SIM C)

• Willing to conduct field visits with high mobility

• Communication, negotiation, and customer relationship building skills
