Recruitement Specialist

About the role

A Recruitment Specialist role responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from candidate sourcing through onboarding with the company.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the complete recruitment process from sourcing candidates to candidate joining the company

• Understand the needs and qualifications for each position required by the company

• Conduct sourcing and headhunting of candidates through various recruitment channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, and leveraging AI tools and digital platforms

• Perform CV screening, interviews, and assess candidates based on experience, skills, and fit with the required position

• Monitor the recruitment process actively and ensure position requirements are met according to the established timeline

• Manage and update recruitment data, candidate database, and recruitment reports

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition

• Experienced in using AI tools and digital recruitment platforms as part of daily recruitment activities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
