About the role

Beijing Kewei Yong Sheng Steel Group, a steel and iron manufacturer based in China, is seeking a qualified and experienced Sales Associates Manager with a strong focus on heavy steel products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and expand sales for heavy steel products

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors

• Identify new business opportunities and market potential

• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-up

• Coordinate with factory and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution

• Achieve sales targets and support company growth

About you

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in steel, iron, or related industrial products

• Experience in heavy steel products is preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Fluent in Mandarin is a MUST and English (speaking, reading, and writing)

• Able to work independently and under pressure

• Willing to travel when required
