Deskripsi pekerjaan
We are looking for a Revenue Analyst to monitor villa performance, analyze market trends, and provide insights to maximize revenue and occupancy at Bestay by Bali Super Host at Ubud.
Qualifications:
1–2 years of revenue analysis experience within the hospitality industry is required
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Familiarity with PMS, OTA platforms, and revenue tools
Good communication and teamwork skills
Required to work on-site in Ubud
Key Responsibilities:
Track villa metrics: occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and booking trends
Analyze market and competitor pricing
Prepare revenue reports and provide actionable insights
Support pricing strategies and rate adjustments
Monitor OTA performance and promotions
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams
