Legal Specialist (Section Head)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in law

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a Legal Department, preferably within a trading, distribution, or import-export company.

• Strong understanding of trading, distribution, import-export processes, and related regulatory requirements in Indonesia.

• Familiar with online government licensing and regulatory systems, such as OSS, SILK, and other relevant government platforms.

• Experienced in handling litigation, legal disputes, and other legal matters involving the company.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior management, business partners, government officials, and high-level officials within organizations

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and drafting employment contracts

• Reviewing and analyzing B2B client agreements to ensure legal compliance, protect the company's interests, and mitigate contractual risks.

• Handling and managing all company licensing and regulatory compliance matters.

• Managing import-related permits and licensing, import documentation, customs clearance requirements, and regulatory approvals related to imported goods.

• Negotiating and liaising with labor unions on employment-related matters.

• Handling various types of litigation and legal disputes involving the company.

• Ensuring compliance with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly those related to employment, corporate licensing, and import activities.
