Reservation Staff

Job Descriptions:

• Responding to incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date reservation records in our booking system

• Communicating with guests to confirm booking details, process deposits, and manage any changes or cancellations

• Handling guest complaints and queries in a professional and courteous manner

• Assisting with other administrative tasks as required

Requirement:

• At least 1 year of experience in a reservation or customer service role within the hospitality industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

• Proficient in using reservation software and technology, with a good understanding of booking systems

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle guest inquiries effectively

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds
