Relationship Manager Funding/Lending

About the role

Seeking, acquiring, and developing members and potential members for funding and lending products in accordance with company targets. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with members, potential members, and business partners. Marketing and offering savings and loan products according to the needs of potential members. Identifying new business opportunities and expanding networks to increase portfolio growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field visits, product presentations, negotiations, and follow-up with potential members

• Monitor the development of funding/lending portfolio and ensure achievement of set targets

• Follow up with members and potential members while maintaining relationship and service quality

• Prepare reports on marketing activities, prospect pipeline, and target achievement on a regular basis

• Coordinate with operational teams and related units to ensure service and administration processes run smoothly

About you

• Minimum S1 education from any major

• Experience in sales, marketing, or relationship management is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Experience as a Funding/Lending Relationship Manager is a plus

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Target-oriented with focus on sales achievement and business development

• Interest in sales and relationship management

• Willing to work in the field with high mobility

• High motivation and ability to build and maintain relationships

• Honest, disciplined, responsible, and able to work individually and as part of a team

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic work tools
