Regional Business Development (Contract-Based)

The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

Job Description:

• Coordinate and assist in compiling comprehensive business requirements to align project scope and objectives across cross-functional teams.
• Drive project execution by coordinating rollouts and monitoring key milestones within the project period.
• Transform unstructured data into structured, clear, and actionable insights to inform strategic recommendations and decision-making.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders across regional teams to ensure seamless communication, operational readiness, and timely project delivery.

Requirements:

• Hold a minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, Marketing, or other quantitative-based majors.
• 1 year of relevant professional experience, including internship experience within fast-paced environments such as Tech, Management Consulting, or FMCG companies. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
• Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel) with demonstrated ability to process unstructured data into clear, actionable insights.
• Prior experience or exposure in project management, gathering business requirements, rollout coordination, and transcript or feedback analysis.
