Management Trainee – Business Development (Logistics & Delivery)

Key Responsibilities

• Visit and approach potential merchant partners, including restaurants, retail stores, supermarkets, and other businesses.

• Conduct face-to-face meetings and cold visits to introduce the company's delivery services.

• Negotiate with potential merchants and support the registration and onboarding process.

• Build and maintain relationships with existing merchants.

• Drive merchant activity and increase delivery transaction volumes.

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.

• Achieve monthly targets for merchant acquisition, active merchants, and transaction volume.

• Participate in training and management trainee development programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Customer Acquisition is a plus.

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Mandarin is a strong advantage.

• Comfortable with fieldwork and meeting clients face-to-face.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Target-oriented, proactive, resilient, and willing to learn.

• Able to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with the F&B, retail, e-commerce, or logistics industry is a plus.
