Recruitment Staff

Beatrice Clothing is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Staff to join our Human Resource team!

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, interviews, and selection to hiring.

• Source candidates through various recruitment platforms, social media, job portals, and other recruitment channels.

• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.

• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications and suitability for the position.

• Monitor recruitment progress and ensure vacancies are filled within the targeted timeline.

• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment reports.

• Support recruitment strategies to fulfill manpower needs across head office, stores, and warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology and Human Resources Management.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in the retail and fashion industry.

• Experience recruiting for retail positions, such as Sales Assistant, Store Supervisor, Store Manager, or other operational roles, is highly preferred.

• Familiar with end-to-end recruitment processes and various sourcing platforms.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

• Target-oriented, proactive, and detail-oriented.
