Ku Creatives is looking for a passionate and proactive Recruiter to join our growing team. We are seeking someone with strong recruitment experience, especially in sourcing and headhunting candidates across various roles and industries.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Conduct active sourcing and headhunting through various platforms and channels
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers
• Create and post job advertisements on job portals and social media
• Maintain recruitment database and hiring reports
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Persyaratan

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or Recruitment field
• Bachelor’s degree in related field from reputable university is preferred
• Strong experience and knowledge in headhunting candidates
• Familiar with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Jobstreet, Glints, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple hiring projects
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and target-driven
• Have own device/laptop
• Willing to work from office in South Jakarta
• Able to join immediately
