Receiptionist/Hostess

Job Summary

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for all guests at Reload Sanctuary, responsible for delivering a warm, professional, and seamless arrival experience. This role manages front desk operations, handles guest inquiries, and ensures smooth coordination between departments to support overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Handle check-ins, registrations, and general front desk administration

• Provide accurate information regarding facilities, services, memberships, and promotions

• Manage phone calls, messages, and reservations efficiently

• Coordinate with internal teams (Gym, F&B, Operations) to ensure smooth guest flow

• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care

• Process payments and maintain accurate records when required

• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

• Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (hospitality, gym, or lifestyle environment preferred)

• Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English (written and spoken)

• Presentable, well-groomed, and service-oriented personality

• Good organizational and multitasking skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with booking or POS systems is an advantage

Working Conditions

• Front-facing role with direct guest interaction

• Requires flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays
