  • Maintain a licensing schedule and reminder system so no permit expires or lapses.

  • Monitor changes in Indonesian laws and regulations that affect our business, property, and operations, and inform management of their impact.

Legal & Corporate Documentation

  • Manage and maintain legal documents, corporate records, and company licenses (deeds, company registration, contracts, agreements, and certificates).

  • Support the preparation and review of agreements with vendors, partners, and other third parties, coordinating with external legal counsel when needed.

  • Maintain compliance records and a well-organized, up-to-date document archive.

Government Relations

  • Represent the company in administrative processes and inspections related to permits and compliance.

Expatriate Documentation

  • Track expiry dates and manage extensions, stay permits, and reporting requirements.

Reporting & Improvement

  • Prepare regular reports on license status, compliance, and upcoming deadlines.

  • Support continuous improvement of legal, licensing, and administrative processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in legal, licensing, corporate affairs, or compliance.

  • Good knowledge of Indonesian licensing and corporate regulations.

  • Hands-on experience with OSS, NIB, and dealing with government institutions.

  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent organization and follow-up skills.

  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

  • Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information with integrity.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with PBG, SLF, and property or hospitality-related permits.

  • Familiarity with expatriate documentation (KITAS, RPTKA, EPO).

  • Experience in hospitality, wellness, property, or multi-site businesses.
