Business Development Manager

• Primary responsibilities to identify business opportunities and lead generation through cold calling, research and networking.
• Able to work on own initiative and be part of a team working towards sales objectives.
• Building and maintaining client relationships, keeping up to date with market activities and industry trends.
• Eager to learn and maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending summits, reviewing trade publishions, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.

Kualifikasi

• Minimum Diploma and above.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Able to multi task proficient in Microsoft, internet and CRM reporting.
• Must possess excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to overcome objections and close deal
• Experience in Architecture / Interior Design preferred
