Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

Tanggung jawab

• Plan, design, and execute manual and/or automated testing to ensure application quality.
• Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and scenarios based on requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects using tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers throughout the development cycle.
• Manual QA: Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing; validate user flows and UI/UX.
• Automation QA: Write and maintain automation scripts (frontend & backend), integrate into CI/CD, analyze results, and debug.

Persyaratan

• Experience in software testing (manual and/or automation) with understanding of SDLC & Agile.
• Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving, and good communication skills.
• Technical Skills:
• Testing Tools: Postman, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, JMeter (or similar).
• Bug Tracking: Jira, Trello, Linear (or similar).
• Automation: JavaScript, Python, or Java.
• API Testing: REST API, GraphQL.
• Testing Types: Regression, smoke, exploratory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or equivalent experience.
