Quality Assurance & Control Assistant Manager ( Tangerang )

Qualification:

1. Graduated bachelor's degree ( Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering )

2. Experienced the same field minimum 3 years in Manufacture Garment Industry

3. Minimum Lean GREEN BELT.

4. Technical knowledge of the products is a must.

5. Strong process understanding from IMQC to finish-good wear house.

6. Ready to work long hours if necessarily (No clock watchers)

7. Analytical thinking and innovation

Job description:

1. Set up and implement entire quality system; quality objective and quality management

2. Consolidates information from other department & guide other department in quality awareness

3. Measures factory quality performance in regular basis

4. Communicates with both buyers & suppliers in quality matter

5. Measures the supplier performance for marketing strategy

6. Guide QC Department, to perform & maintain the quality processes

7. Involves on development of sewing technique

8. Involves on factory evaluation process from the customers or buyers

9. Provides regular quality report for management review

10. Anticipates the problem since incoming material up to finished garment, including the testing requirement
