About the role

QS Project, Cost Control & Documentation role responsible for managing project financials, documentation, and coordination across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review BQ and mapping drawing & material

• Prepare and monitor Material Approval and PPM administration

• Control budget, project costs, and VO

• Assist progress claim and project cost reporting

About you

• D3/S1 Teknik Sipil, Arsitektur, Interior Design or related field

• Minimum 2 years experience in interior contractor or building contractor

• Able to read working drawings and BQ

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Detail-oriented, systematic, and able to coordinate with various teams
