About the role

Finance & Accounting position at PT Erka Interindo, an interior design and interior fit-out company. The role involves setting up and implementing accounting software systems, managing financial records, and ensuring accurate transaction recording in compliance with accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform setup and implementation of accounting software from the beginning

• Develop and manage the company's financial recording system

• Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with accounting standards

• Prepare financial reports periodically, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements

• Conduct reconciliation and ensure financial data accuracy

• Ensure the accounting system operates effectively

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Accounting or related field

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Finance & Accounting

• Experience using accounting software

• Able to set up and implement accounting software from scratch, from initial configuration to system ready for company operations

• Able to record financial transactions, journals, general ledger, and prepare financial reports including balance sheets and profit and loss statements

• Understand bank reconciliation processes, accounts payable and receivable management, and monthly closing

• Detail-oriented, responsible, systematic, with strong analytical abilities

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
