About the role
We are looking for an experienced QC & Purchasing Supervisor to join our automotive manufacturing team.
Key responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate QC and Purchasing activities
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards
Manage purchasing processes and supplier relationships
Follow up and resolve quality and supplier-related issues
Coordinate with internal departments and Japanese management to support smooth manufacturing operations
About you
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QC, Purchasing, or related manufacturing functions
Experience in automotive-related manufacturing is highly preferred
Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N2 level is preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience in managing suppliers and coordinating with internal departments
Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with Japanese management
Willing to be based in Karawang
