QA & Warranty Supervisor

As a QA & Warranty Supervisor, you will responsible for ensuring product quality standards are consistently met through the effective implementation of quality policies and procedures, coordinating cross-functional corrective actions, resolving quality issues and customer complaints, monitoring work progress, and supporting internal, customer, and regulatory audits.

Responsibility :

• Responsible for ensuring timely and effective implementation of all company’s policies, procedures, and activities involved in assuring the quality of manufactured products.

• Coordinating with other dept. Production and Engineering to investigate and take correction / corrective action.

• Assist in investigating and correcting quality-related issues (including customer complaints) through collaboration with other departments.

• Monitoring work progress to ensure that deadlines are met and that quality standards are upheld

• Participate in all regulatory, third party and customer audits and inspections, and corrective action response.

Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Material Engineering, Statistics

• Fresh graduates with relevant internship/project experience are welcome to apply.

• Good understanding of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements and implementation.

• Strong critical and analytical thinking skills with the ability to analyze quality issues and implement corrective actions.

• Experienced in data management and reporting to support quality monitoring, compliance, and continuous improvement activities.

• Detail-oriented and highly attentive to accuracy
