Purchasing Vendor Management Trucking Supervisor (English Speaker)

Job Responsibilities:

• Create plans, schedule, and carry out of purchasing process and vendor management

• Coordinate the purchase of goods and services as well as equipment needed by company

• Supervise and control process of purchasing materials or goods related to production and non-production need

• Check all of request or order on form purchase request that submitted for each department

• Identification and Selection proses of vendors.

• Develop and manage strategic relationship of vendors

• Search and Find vendor or supplier

• Negotiate prices, delivery of goods and payments term to vendors.

• Check the condition of goods, quantity, price, and delivery order according to the Purchase Order

• Evaluate and create report of rating for vendor in terms of timeliness, quality of goods and respond from vendor in any case.
  

Qualifications:

• Min 5 years experiences as Purchasing or Vendor Management in logistics or Automotive

• Bachelor’s degree or above, all Majors

• Respond to customs related inquiries including commodity coding, trade preferences, duties, valuations and customs transit

• Make sure all customs process are going well

• Fluent in English is a MUST, while fluent in Mandarin is a PLUS

• Strong resistance to pressure, strong sense of responsibility, carefulness, teamwork spirit, good communication skills and the ability to complete work independently.
