Purchasing Staff

A. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Provide, maintain and control project materials, tools, consumables and free issue by recording accurately and safely receiving and storing materials, as well as picking, packing and scanning orders for pickup and delivery.

• To maintain and control purchase parts project and provide appropriate with schedules.

• Daily update progress purchase part list and timing and maintain consumables and free issue item each section.

• Provide and confirmation for tooling utilization to PIC Project as Project requirement.

• Be involved with Engineering and PPC departments to control and improvement of project expenditure and scheduling requirements.

B. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCES

• Minimum Diploma Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 2 years in the same industries.

C. SUPERVISORY AND TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENT

• Basic knowledge for Purchasing & warehouse management;

• Basic knowledge of the production parts includes tools, consumable; machine parts, procedures and equipment to the various goods and services.

• Knowledge of design techniques 3D & 2D, tools and principle involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models.

• Basic understanding of quality parts, costs, delivery target and other techniques for maximizing the effective and efficiency.

• Willing to be placed in CIKARANG.
