Purchasing Officer

About the role

PT Enerco RPO Internasional is a green company with innovative technology committed to being a reliable producer of TDAE (Treated Distillate Aromatic Extract), a non-carcinogenic rubber processing oil (RPO) to support the green tire and rubber industry with the highest quality, safety and performance standards. We are seeking a highly committed candidate to fill the Purchasing Officer position at our plant located in KITK (Kawasan Industri Terpadu Kabil) Batam.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple orders and handle purchase administration

• Execute purchasing procedures and purchase spare parts from local and overseas suppliers

• Negotiate and build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors

• Manage import/export documentation requirements

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Management or equivalent

• At least 3 years of working experience in a related field

• Experience in purchasing procedures and purchasing spare parts from local and overseas suppliers

• Strong negotiation and networking skills with suppliers and vendors

• Good knowledge of import/export requirement documents ( much advantage )

• Excellent communication skills, good analytical abilities, and ability to take initiative to improve

• Computer literate and fluent in English

• Willing to be based in Batam
