About the role

Purchasing specialist role at Qinfa, one of the largest underground coal mining companies in Indonesia, HKEX Hong Kong listed 2009.

Key responsibilities

• Execute purchasing plans, conduct inquiries and negotiations, draft purchase contracts, arrange shipments, and follow up on deliveries

• Ensure quality and cost control of purchased materials

• Coordinate with the logistic team to ensure proper inspection and storage of incoming materials

• Manage supplier resources, including development, qualification review, and ongoing relationship management

Requirement:

• Must be proficient in Mandarin

• Candidates with purchasing experience

• Bachelor's degree or above; priority given to candidates majoring in Economics, International Trade, or Marketing etc.

• Experience in mining industry will be a plus
