Purchasing Import (Mandarin Speaker)

About the role

PT. Gree Electric Appliances Indonesia, a leading manufacturer of home appliances, is seeking a Purchasing Import (Mandarin) to join our team in North Jakarta, Jakarta. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in our import and export operations, ensuring the timely and efficient procurement of materials and components from global suppliers. As a fluent Mandarin speaker, you will serve as a key liaison between our local team and our international partners, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the procurement of materials and components from headquarter in China

• Coordinate the logistics of china shipments, including customs clearance and inventory management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure the timely delivery of imported goods

• Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export regulations and company policies

• Checking document imports

• Provide regular progress reports

What we're looking for

• Fluency in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an import processes and customs regulations

• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle multiple priorities effectively

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to optimize purchasing strategies

• Familiarity with ERP systems and software
