About the role

PT Cinta Tulus Alam Indonesia is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage the full end-to-end procurement cycle from need identification to purchase completion. Key responsibilities

• Manage the full end-to-end procurement cycle from need identification to purchase completion

• Handle Industrial Purchasing, Material Purchasing, and Commodity Purchasing

• Perform Vendor Management, Supplier Management, and Supplier Development to ensure strategic and mutually beneficial partnerships

• Lead Purchasing Negotiation to secure the best value without compromising quality

• Execute overall Procurement Management and Purchasing activities

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and Chinese-speaking suppliers to monitor material stock and ensure smooth operations

About you

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any relevant major

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Procurement / Purchasing

• Fluent in Mandarin (Speaking, Reading, and Writing) - Must be able to communicate actively with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and management

• Strong expertise in: Industrial Purchasing, Vendor Management, Material Purchasing, Procurement, Supplier Management, Commodity Purchasing, Supplier Development, Procurement Management, and Purchasing Negotiation

• Proactive, with strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and high work ethic
