Project Manager M/E (Data Center)

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, specifically in Data Center construction projects.

• Proven experience in Data Center projects is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, project planning, cost control, quality management, and HSE practices

• Willing to be relocated to project sites across Indonesia

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all project resources in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Ensure project execution meets established requirements for schedule, quality, cost, and client satisfaction.

• Coordinate and oversee all MEP activities throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Enforce occupational health, safety, and environmental standards and procedures.

• Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
