Hse Officer

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering

•  Minimum 3 years of experience in construction HSE management 

•  HSE - related professional certification and/or accreditation

•  Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and regulations applicable to the construction industry 

•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

•  Proficient in English (TOEFL score of 510 or higher)

• Must posess a valid Sertifikat KEMNAKER Ahli K3 Umum

•  Willing to be relocated across Indonesia 

Job Responsibilities :

• Implement and maintain the company’s HSE management system for construction projects 

• Conduct regular HSE inspections of construction sites 

• Investigate accidents, incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences 

• Provide HSE training and advice to construction site personal

• Liaise with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders on HSE matters

• Prepare reports and documentation on HSE matters
