Project Manager

• End to end Project Management: Plan, Manage and Execute projects from initial briefing and planning through implementation, delivery, and post - project evaluation

• Project planning & Scheduling: Develop project timelines, work plans, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within the agreed scope

• Cross-Functional coordination: Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, production partners, talent, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

• Stakeholder management: serve as the primary of contact for assigned projects, maintaining clear communication with clients, partners, internal teams, and other relevant stakeholders

• Event operations & Execution: oversee operational preparations and on-site execution for E-Sports tournaments, gaming events, brand activation, and other company project, as applicable

• Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, procurement and operational expenses to ensure efficient use of company resources

• Risk Management & Problem-Solving: Identify potential risks, anticipate operational challenges, and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions and keep projects on track.

• Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress against established milestones, provide regular status updates, escalate critical issues, and recommend corrective actions when necessary

• Vendor & Partner Management: Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, venues, production teams, and other external partners to ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards

• Documentation & Process improvement: Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, action items, and post project reports while identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency

• Quality control & Delivery: Ensure all project deliverables meet client expectations, company standards, and agreed contractual requirements

• Post - Project evaluation: Conduct project reviews to assess outcomes, documents lessons learned, and identify improvement for future projects

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major preferably been in Gaming Industry or Event Organizer

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Project Officer or Project Manager or been in Game Developer / Publisher

• Knowledge about game and especially E-sports - will need to deep dive for it

• Great communicating skills - will have to communicate often to coordinate

• Good at time management - managing the timeline event and keeping track

• Sense of belonging - want the event to be successful, instead of finishing it

• Pro-active - it's better to ask and do the initiative, rather than just waiting

• Multi tasking skills

• Familiar and experienced with events, whether it's a large or small scale

• Quick to adapt and to understand the event itself, instead of being a robot
