Project Engineer

Qualifications & experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering.

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in infrastructure/utilities projects, preferably in water treatment.

• Proficient in reading technical drawings, BoQ, and project specifications.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Domicile Medan

Tasks & responsibilities

• Support the control, monitoring and evaluation of all project activities

• Ensure that actual work execution complies with technical standards and the provisions in the BoQ/Design.

• Control, coordinate and carry out oversight functions across all project phases—starting from preparation, physical execution, to completion—to ensure the process runs effectively.

• Identify and assist in mitigating technical risks that may arise during project implementation.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor daily project progress and prepare technical/engineering reports for the Project Manager.

• Maintain accurate project documentation, drawings, and technical records.
