Project Control role in construction, civil works, and interior projects. The position involves scheduling, monitoring, and controlling project progress to ensure alignment with planned timelines and budgets. Available

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update project schedules using MS Project

• Monitor and evaluate work progress against baseline/plan

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports

• Monitor work targets and provide information regarding potential delays

• Collect and process progress data from field teams

• Assist in preparing S-Curve, progress measurement, and schedule monitoring

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure achievement of work targets

• Prepare documentation and administration related to project control

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering

• Minimum 2 years of work experience as Project Control, Planning Engineer, or related position in construction

• Proficient in Microsoft Project (MS Project) for schedule preparation and monitoring

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Understanding of project schedule preparation and monitoring, work progress, and project reporting

• Able to monitor actual progress versus plan and conduct work deviation analysis

• Able to prepare routine project progress reports and present data systematically

• Good communication and coordination skills with Project Manager, Site Team, Engineer, Supervisor, and related parties

• Able to work independently and in teams

• Willing to be placed and work in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur
