Program Service Ekspedisi Kitabisa

• Supporting the planning and implementation of distribution programs and partnership activities;
• Coordinating with implementing partners and local communities
• Conducting field assessments to identify community needs and provide relevant program recommendations;
• Supporting the preparation of program concepts, operational requirements, and budgets;
• Monitoring program and implementation to ensure activities are delivered according to plan; and
• Documenting field insights, program progress, and implementation outcomes to support reporting and program evaluation.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree or final-year student from any relevant field.
• Has experience working in program implementation, or social/NGO-related activities.
• Has experience building and maintaining partnerships or collaborations with NGOs, social organizations, or communities.
• Not currently working with or affiliated with another NGO, LAZ, or crowdfunding platform.
• Based in Jabodetabek.
• Willing to work in a hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum of 3 days per week at the office.
• Willing and able to work on-site in Aceh, NTT, Kalimantan, and other areas throughout the expedition period.
