Production Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will lead workers, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain high quality standards, and promote a safe and efficient working environment.

Main Duties:

• Manage Workers: Direct shift teams, check daily work, and train new staff.

• Track Output:

  • Follow production schedules to meet output targets and deadlines

  • Run and monitor the production process

  • Prepare reporting and improvements

• Quality Control: Check products to make sure they match high quality standards

• Keep Safe: Enforce safety and clean habits on the work floor.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1), preferably in business management or equivalent

• 2 years of experience preferably in a manufacturing company

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

• Willing to work in Jember, Jawa Timur

• Able to work in shifts and stay calm under pressure

• Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and production reporting

• Ability to think logically and work systematically

• Excellent planning and organizational skills

• Ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet tight deadlines

• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with teams, managers and others

• Ability to act decisively and solve worker or equipment related problems

• Have the capacity to understand concepts easily
