Production Superintendent

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

2. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in edible oil refinery, palm oil refinery, food processing, or similar manufacturing industry.

3. At least 3 years in a supervisory role.

4. Fluent in english.

Job Description:

1. Supervise daily refinery production operations to achieve production, quality, safety, and efficiency targets.

2. Coordinate production activities with Maintenance, Quality, Utility, and Warehouse teams.

3. Monitor production processes, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement corrective actions.

4. Ensure compliance with SOPs, HSE regulations, GMP, and food safety standards.

5. Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of Production Supervisors, Shift Leaders, and Operators.

6. Prepare and review daily production reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
