Production Staff (Japanese Speaker)

We are assisting one of our clients, who is looking for a Production Management Staff (Japanese Speaker) (Serang)

Responsibilities

• Manage production planning and control activities, including the preparation of new products.

• Monitor production progress to ensure alignment with established plans and targets.

• Manage delivery schedules and help ensure products are delivered on time.

• Coordinate production and delivery matters with overseas sales teams and relevant internal departments.

• Communicate with factories and follow up on production status, schedules, and operational issues.

• Prepare and maintain accurate production reports and related documentation.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Senior High School graduate/SMA/SMK

• Fluent in Japanese (min. JLPT N3)

• English Communicative Level

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Driver Licence: SIM C is preferred for commuting by motorcycle
